Roffsing Drink Recipe

  • 4 cl Passoa liqueur
  • 4 cl Absolut vodka
  • 2 splashes lime juice
  • pear soda
  • 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
Pour passoa, vodka, lime juice and pear soda into a collins glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir, top with cream, and serve.
