Peppermint Suzi Drink Recipe
- 1 oz Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz creme de menthe
- 3 - 4 oz prepared espresso
- 1 oz chocolate syrup
- 2 oz steamed milk
- 1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream
Combine the Tullamore Dew, 1-oz of the creme de menthe and chocolate syrup in an Irish Coffee cup. Prepare a double espresso and steam the milk. Add espresso and steamed milk to the mix in the Irish Coffee mug. Stir well. Top with whipped cream and the last 1/2 oz of creme de menthe, and serve.
