Peach West Indies Drink Recipe

• 1 1/2 oz white rum
• 1/2 peeled peach
• 3 drops Rose's lime juice
• 3 drops maraschino liqueur

Peel and slice the half-peach and add with the white rum, maraschino liqueur and Rose's lime juice to a blender. Add 3-oz of crushed ice. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne saucer, and serve.
