Molokai Mike Drink Recipe
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz almond syrup
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/3 oz grenadine syrup
1. Shake white rum, brandy, juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix. 2. Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbet/sherbet, and gently add to the top of the cocktail. 3. Garnish with in-season fruit, and serve with straws.
