Mai Tai Swizzle Drink Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz Myer's dark rum
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • juice of 1/2 limes
  • 1/4 oz almond syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Pernod licorice liqueur
Shake all ingredients and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Add the spent lime shell and swizzle briefly. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and mint sprigs.
