Jack Honey Slushee Drink Recipe
- 2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz passion-fruit juice concentrate
- 6 oz Jack Iron strong Caribbean rum
- 8 oz water
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 pinch fresh, grated nutmeg
Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container. Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency. Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid. Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass. Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg.
