Gala Appletini Drink Recipe

  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz Monin apple syrup
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice wedge
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 slice Gala apple
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
In a shaker with ice, pour in rum, brandy, apple syrup, squeeze from half of a lemon wedge, and 2 dashes of bitters. Shake hard, and pour into a frosty martini cocktail glass. Top with a dash of cinnamon and garnish with a Gala apple slice. Now enjoy this perfect autumn apple pie like drink.
