Earls Court Drink Recipe
- 1 1/3 oz Bundaberg amber rum
- 2/3 oz peach schnapps
- 1/3 oz Pimm's gin
- 1 oz mandarin juice
- 1 oz lemonade
Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) and strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice. Add lemonade, and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice. Serve with short straws.
