Boston Punch Drink Recipe

  • 75 cl Champagne
  • 28 cl cider
  • 14 cl brandy
  • 2 oz triple sec
  • 3 oz dark rum
  • 4 oz lemon juice
  • 40 cl soda water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add thin wedges of apple. Serve in wine glasses. (16 servings.)
